"First appointment as a new patient and after they called me in they do x rays, they tell me to reschedule for a cleaning because their dental hygienist called out. I schedule a week later at 11am. I am the only person waiting, 30 minutes later I ask the reception lady for an update and she tells me to wait and I’ll be called. Finally, 55 minutes later they call me in. Almost an hour waiting and they rush me to a chair and they start the cleaning. I am back in my car at 12:20, the cleaning took about 15 minutes. The cleaning was very rushed and rough. I was advised to come back for a consultation to remove my wisdom teeth, not feeling confident in this place anymore. Seems very unorganized."
"If you need dental care, this is the place to go! Everyone, from the front desk to the back end, is amazing, kind, caring, and friendly. One of the ladies even offered to hold my hand because I was so afraid. They really are gentle, and they take all the time you need to ask and answer questions. They have late hours and weekend appointments too, depending on what you need. They also have orthodontic services. Believe me, this is the place to go!"

From intake with Nancy and Lupe to my regular visits, they provide excellent customer service including transparency with treatment and billing. Beth, the hygienist, has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. She has a wonderful demeanor and takes pride in her work. Alexis is friendly, skilled and knowledgeable as a dental assistant. She has a knack for creating a completely comfortable dental experience.
