"I purchased a new set of tires from Rancho Automotive recently as well as a front end alignment. I can honestly say that I was never so pleased with the service I received. Everything was done perfectly, and at a price I felt comfortable paying as a value oriented (cheap) kind of guy. What was truly outstanding was their customer service. The owner and staff were both polite , knowledgeable, and exuded a refreshing positive attitude. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they didn't try to convince me to purchase a bunch of periferal add-ons to the work I requested. All in all, a very good experience here."
"5 stars is not enough! My car has had to be in the shop a few times lately and these guys have exceeded my expectations every time! They have replaced my radiator, and my a/c system was completely redone. Also one of my electric windows stopped working and they fixed that. I have gotten my vehicle back in a timely manner and pricing was very reasonable and the job was done great! On top of doing repairs they also do upgrades! My husband had his truck lifted and a new set of tires put on and it looks beautiful. Both shops are kind of a drive from my house, but it is worth the drive to get good service and know you can trust your michanics. If you are looking for a forever shop that is dependable and honest you have found your place. I know i have! I will continue to use them for any future repairs and upgrades!"
