"Came in for half highlights of a warm tone. I left with grey/platinum highlights that weren't blended at all and far too close to my roots. And only on the top of my head... my stylist was apparently a "master stylist" but it genuinely looks like she gave me grey streaks on the top of my head with a at-home box dye kit... I paid $200 for this service and when I requested a partial refund- i was ignored and pushed into trying to seeing the stylist again as they claimed they do not do any refunds."
"If you want to go blonde, go to Meghan. She's amazing. I love her and if I'm back in the area I'm calling her. She was more excited than I was for my color change. Get her if you want to go blonde. She did a fantastic job. I would book a trip just to the area to go see her. Absolutely fantastic. Salon is well run with a super cool owner who is there doing her own work. Highly recommend."
"Horribly disgusting and unprofessional service especially from Mackenzie. If you for some reason decide to go to this disgrace of a “hair salon” pray they don’t try putting you with her ! She will ruin your hair and leave patchy spots if you’re getting it colored. My whole head was supposed to be the brown on the bottom and she left it orange on top! Would put zero stars if I had the chance."
