"Iffy customer service here, they have a sign posted that they offer the option to surrender your tags here which is what brought me here, but instead I was given all sorts of information from the gentleman working here and basically was told that the DMV has a Dropbox where I can surrender them. I knew this and was trying to avoid the visit to the dmv but ended up having to make that trip. All in all don't advertise a service your not willing to honor. I guess cause they don't get paid to do so pick and choose when they want to honor this Service. Avoid this place if your thinking about surrendering your tags here, it would be complete waste of time."

"The gentleman who works there is always so helpful. I just did an LS swap on my JK and he explained exactly what I needed to do to get it registered correctly with the state. I use him every year for all my vehicles!!"
"Before posting here I read the reviews and realized the guy “not jose “ like I been reading on the reviews it was someone else , He is genuinely RUDE , if you are reading this post , go to another smog check place , you are paying for a service and they don’t have the right to treat people the way they do… and I know I am NOT the only one that had the terrible experience of coming to this place . Note : please owner don’t bother replying to me I am not the first person having the same experience with your Employees!!!"
"My 1st time at this location and would recommend to all. Service was outstanding! I googled ahead and viewed some negative reviews so was a little skeptical. I saw negative reviews based on hours of operation. The website says open til 530 and I called after 4 to verify and was told they were informed by boss to close early, I let them know of negative reviews regarding same issue and they guy happily offered to wait for me. I claimed to arrive in 10 minutes and took at least double that and he was there with a smile patiently waiting for me. In and out super fast! Very reasonable, courteous, convenient. I definitely will return. I was there 05-15-2023 Great job! Thanks, Michael"
