"My suggestion is to inspect the vehicle as thoroughly as possible before driving it off the lot and if instructed something by an employee to get it in writing. Overall communication was great and majority of the work on the vehicle was done well. The integrity of the front office needs fine tuning, when I picked up my vehicle I was told that the tire pressure gauge is on because the tire was just filled, and that it should subside once it got rolling (off the lot). The person also said that if it didn’t, I would have to take my car to the dealership to fix, and that they would send the bill over to Kaizen. I ended up having to take the car to the dealership as Kaizen thought I would and it turns out they used the wrong part for my tire. My dealership made the call to Kaizen and the front desk there stated that they had no record of making that statement."
"Could have been better. Lots of things they missed on my Avalanche. Driver side rear door won't lock, doesn't turn on light when opened. Some small things I guess I will have to pay someone else to fix what Sudden Impact started. The Body work was top-notch, though..."
