"This will be my last time at this location the take your money so that you don’t walk out start you nails and pass you on to the next tech while waiting when they don’t feel like doing your nail they talk in their language like you don’t understand that they are speaking bad about you it is very unprofessional very very unprofessional at this establishment I’m surprised they are not shut down yet their customer service is beyond rude. This is the second time they have done this to me.. and I had an appointment both times as a return customer you think they would be more appreciative to their returning customers."

"I have been going to this salon for 7-8 years with my daughter. They have always been awesome. Yes, you do have to pay before you get your service done. This is in a bad part of town and there were a lot of instances of people running out without paying in the beginning. They learned the hard way to get the money upfront. So now you have to pay first. Everyone does. If you are dissatisfied after bring it up and they will do their best to correct it. If you like very detailed nails, the best thing you can do is bring a picture of what you want. There is a bit of a language barrier and I have seen many people angry and rude to the techs because the communication isn't working. They have always done a great job on my nails and feet and eyebrows. Highly recommend. They also have a lot of options for colors/ gel/ effect nails."

"This was my first time in this place l called a woman by the name Stephanie were very professional on the telephone l stated what l needed she said come on in. I went in and Mate a worker by the name Paul whom did my nails excellent l were so impressed how he did my nails l stated to him l would like to get a pedicure he stated on my toes then the other Gentleman who took over did a wonderful job my toes felt like new money l will be going back thank you from Stephanie to the worker Paul and other staff members Ms. Lady"
