"I took my truck here after someone ran into the front of it. Destroying the whole front end. After they went over all the damages. They tried getting over on my insurance company and when that didn't work. They put in used parts. I guess they were just trying to make a quick buck but I don't know. When I went to pick up my truck only half the parts were installed, my fan was smacking against the fan cover and that's when I noticed the old used parts. I pointed all this out and had to have my insurance company make them fix the all the problems. Just beware and go over all repairs done if your gonna use them. Have your insurance company very involed."

"The scariest and most stressful thing to experience while traveling is breaking down in a unfamiliar state, putting your trust into a shop you’ve never been to, hoping not to be taken advantage of. My dad broke down in North Vegas in the middle of hot July. My husband and I traveled over 6 hours to rescue him since he was not able to get his vehicle and utility trailer hauled by many tow trucks (a horrible experience but that's for another day). After a day and a half of frustration, heat exhaustion, and tears, through google reviews, I found HECTOR’S AUTOMOTIVE, let me tell you, they don’t disappoint. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!! After getting my dads vehicle to their shop, we met Oscar the mechanic and Lorena the owner; I can’t rave enough about these two, they showed my dad what the issue was, which turned out to be something else besides the sensors others told him about. It turned out to be something with the fuel line (I can’t remember exactly). Lorena was able to work with my dad and give him a reasonable price to repair his vehicle and get him on his way. I also have to mention, my Subaru Outback had a major crack across the windshield, which would cost me $1000 to replace and of course I did not want to claim it on my insurance since I would have to pay $500 on my deductible and would lose my yearly “driving safe/no claims” check. Lorena called her windshield guy and gave me a good price on the replacement. Although this was an unexpected expense I knew it was such a good deal I could not pass up. Knowing we were from out of state and had no place to go, with both cars being worked on, Lorena had her office manager (I can’t remember her name) drive us to get some food and hang out at a shopping center to get out of the heat and get some food in our bellies. If you ever find yourself stuck in the area, go here, you will be taken care of."
