"This has to be their receptionist first office job her customer service is horrible. She thought I was yelling at her then when she said something I was like yes and she was like excuse me you need to let me finish talking... I was just agreeing with her... she said I always tell people we only take Medicare but I gave her all the information for my daughter ahead of time for medicaid... she called and got it approved... so a month later she calls and tells me I have a balance of $100 something.... when I brought my daughter there who is only 6 the dentist who was super kind even apologized and said they should of told you over the phone we can't really do anything for children... but since the receptionist said her insurance was good and would cover it all I was like its okay no big deal. The dental hygienist was also super wonderful and gentle and just did her best with cleaning my daughters tiny teeth. Then the dentist just referred us to a pediatric orthodontist because she said she could just see that my daughter had a cavity. All in all the bill was dropped which was a very kind thing to do but the receptionist swears she told me they only took Medicare yet I gave her my daughters insurance card and filled out all the paperwork as Medicaid and I said it was probably just a misunderstanding between us and the Medicare office because why would they tell you a 6 year old girl had Medicare... and she had to have the last word and said no it was just a misunderstanding between me and you... in my head I was like more like you've never worked a front desk job that included insurance. We all make mistakes this was definitely her mistake and that is why my balance was dropped she was just one of those ladies who noses point so high up you can see their nose hairs. I think the office is absolutely beautiful and the dental hygienist that helped us was amazing for not ever having to do children's teeth and I could tell the Dentist Dr Young Dill was an extremely talented and kind dentist so I do recommend this office for adults. I do think the receptionist ruins the whole experience and should be replaced with someone who knows what they're doing because this is definitely a top notch facility."

"The absolute WORST and EXPENSIVE experience I have ever had with a dentist. Dr. Young Dill has absolutely no dignity or integrity in what she does, it's just all about $$$. She gave me a crown which hardly lasted 3 months. When I went to the office to find out why the crown only lasted 3 months (crowns can last up to 20 years) she didn't apologise, she only said I have 'bad luck', what kind of honest dental professional says that? It was just a BAD CARELESS JOB done by Dr. Young Dill. I feel completely taken advantage of as a patient and DO NOT recommend anyone to go to Southwest Dental and Dentures."
