"Let me start by saying the lady who did my hair was nice she was sweet she took her time washing my hair massaging it all that she put the hand dryer on my head and got to it , mind you I have very very thick hair it’s been unprocessed for two years I asked for a silk wrap unfortunately all I got was a flat iron now that I am not happy about I literally paid 100$ and did not get what I asked for the flat iron literally only lasted me 14 hours before I swear it out She says it was a silk wrap but it was not , how ever I am not mad just disappointed I really had my heart set on wearing my hair out and now I am back to square one like I said the lady was nice she even cut my ends but did not do my hair right but I do appreciate the fact that she took me as a walk in"
