He took in our van even though they were busy because we told him we were on a road trip and needed to get it fixed quickly. He even came in on a Saturday to finish it when they were closed. "I was impressed with how friendly, helpful, and cheerful the staff here is. They had me in and out within minutes and at a good price for my emissions test. I'd love to see more available parking by the front door. And I did find it odd that the front door is *entirely* blocked out with graphics (it would feel more welcoming if the front doors could be partly seen through, to the nice reception desk that they have). But those are just suggestions for what is overall a great place. Would recommend!"
