"I had an amazing dental experience recently! Over the last 15 years, I've visited several dental offices in the area, including one with a charming bird garden to enjoy while in the chair. However, what stands out most is the importance of knowledge and education. The level of detail and education provided at this particular office was astounding! The staff plays a crucial role, and both the dental assistants and the dentist were exceptionally thorough, making me feel genuinely cared for. As a business owner with two companies, I occasionally miss appointments unintentionally. Although I'm fine with paying a $75 fee for a missed appointment, I appreciated that the staff was understanding and not harsh about it."

"To start with I was looking for a dentist to fix my bridge within two days and I asked my husband to fine the closes dental office in our area. He started calling dental offices around our neighborhood, but most of the dental offices did not have appointment available except for Smile Vegas Dental. The office was only ten minutes away . Smile Vegas Dental was able to see me. I told the staff that I need to have my bridge fixed within two days because I was flying out of town to attend my grandson's wedding. Dr. Dela Cruz was very kind and promptly attend to my needs and situation. Since then, my over all experience with the staff and your office has been quite remarkable and can honestly say that Dr. Dela Cruz and her team are highly commendable. In closing they poses good human relation and they are very professional and provided excellent service."

"I am new to Vegas and found "Smile Vegas Dental " through my insurance. I was very impressed. Top of the line equipment, clean, new, and all of the staff were exceptionally nice. The TV's (Netflix) on the ceiling made my deep cleaning so much more bearable than the past, at other dentist offices. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, in the lobby or waiting room. A huge plus. The only thing I don't like, and maybe it's a Vegas thing, is having a 3rd party answering service. They were also very professional and kind. I just hate answering services (especially during business hours) that seems to be the new norm today. I'm just going to have to adapt to this new change in the medical industry. It's not just them but everywhere. I highly recommend this dentist office. I usually dread the dentist, but today, I walked out feeling happy and satisfied. Thank you!"

"Update, I must revise this review as I had an emergency situation and called them THREE TIMES as an established patient but they never bothered to call me back!! I went elsewhere and will now go to our new Dentist for all of our dental needs. I actually think the Invisalign this dentist did caused my new situation. As much money and time as we spent, I least deserved a call back. Can no longer recommend them."
