"The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is due to numerous receptionist changes. This has caused a loss of friendliness and professionalism. Prior receptionists took the time to learn patient names and greeted patients by name upon their entry. I also had to spell my name over the phone multiple times before the receptionist was able to record my name correctly. My suggestion is for anyone answering the phone to have pencil and paper ready to write patient names. Perhaps a little more training will help a receptionist handle multiple calls coming in."
"It was my husband and I first time in this dental office. Shelly the receptionist was very nice and made us feel welcomed. Esther was also very pleasant and very helpful when I requested for a separate receipt. Dr Funamoto and her assistant were very nice and explained everything clearly so that it’s easy to understand. Overall my husband and I had a good visit and will come back again."
