"They were pretty nice upon walking in , however I’m very picky with who does my nails I showed them a picture prior to even sitting down I asked if it could be done if not please let me know so I can find another place … I didn’t get what I asked for my cuticles are hurt I have cuts on them as well my fingers and skin are raw . Also they charged me twice at pay now I have to wait a whole week to get my money back . I went to get my nails done just to make my self feel better && I get nothing I asked for"

"Absolutely fantastic job. They fixed my nails after a bad experience at another salon. They look so nice and are perfect. Price wasn't bad either considering how long it took to fix my nails. Definitely going back here from now on."
"The price may be right, but I will never go to this place again. My fingers/cuticles ended up being raw (cuticles), dry, cracked and brittle (fingers/skin) after going in for a gel removal and regular manicure. After being soaked in acetone (normal for gel removal), she proceeded to file off the rest of my gel polish (also normal) but ended up filing off skin as well. I pointed it out to her three separate times and she didn't even acknowledge my comments or gasps of pain. As my cuticles and skin were raw and bleeding, she put my hands into plastic bags covered in cuticle softener/remover and into hand warmers. My cuticles are now raw, red, and puffy and my fingers/skin have never felt so dry and brittle after a manicure. Not to mention I asked for rounded nails and got squared."
