"Went in for pedicure last week. The chairs were uncomfortable. I didn't want gel polish because I usually have luck with regular polish lasting. The lady then assumed I wanted the most basic of pedicures. Didn't even ask. Before I knew it, she was done. No deluxe to it at all. I'm sitting with wet polish and didn't get the wax treatment. Not even 5 days later my polish is chipping off. They need to do better."
