"Leaving this review on here again since they managed to delete my previous review, absolutely awful customer service skills from the lady doing my nails the French tip was what she initially did but moment after leaving I realized how gloopy and chunky my nails where so I asked to have them redone and the same lady end up taking my back and drilling my gel and re-applying but while redoing my nails she told me I was embarrassing her by coming back and kept taking about me and saying how I disliked my nails , and trying to tell me it’s my fault that my nails look gloopy , the second time she did them the gel didn’t cure all the way resulting my nails to peal , I was supposed to go back a 3rd time and asked for a partial refund as this one be my 3rd time returning within 24 hours and they couldn’t give me a answer strongly don’t recommend also I paid 103 for a fill which is outrageous, considering the girl couldn’t even do a good job for the price wont be returning ."
"I love to visit because he’s so convenient but I may need to find somewhere that takes care of their clients and not just rush to get the appointment finished. I got dipping powder like I usually do and it was not applied well. The dipping powder is on my skin and not just my nail bed, clipping of my cuticles were partially done after the dipping powder was already done and while filing my skin was cut on multiple fingers because of how the dipping powder was placed. So disappointed."

"This is the best nail salon I have been to. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been going for years and it never disappoints. My gels and acrylics hold up better than any place I’ve been to. The staff is wonderful and talented and the vibes are relaxing and very comfortable. They gave me and the girls I was with a cute Christmas gift bag with a Christmas card and cuticle oil. I thought was such a sweet holiday touch. Thanks New Style family!"
