The staff is so friendly, all the nail techs do a great job, you can set an appointment with anyone and it’s guaranteed to have a good service. They handled the situation great, thanks again LV Nails! Mixed feelings…everyone was super friendly however the person I booked with was not available. I booked online Sunday and called back Monday because I realized I didn’t select the right service. My apt was on Wednesday and upon arrival, the person I booked with didn’t have the time. This was my first time and I booked with this specific person based on reviews and recommendations. That was disappointing. Someone in the front said I should have gotten a voicemail Tuesday but I never did. The person I got was nice and was thorough in cleaning my cuticles however the shape and length of them all don’t match it’s kinda crazy. I like them short but they should still match. The filing was crooked on a few too even after I asked it to be fixed…"
