"I've been going to this nail salon since December. They were always welcoming. Today was my worst experience, I called this morning 5/6/2023 when they opened and asked if they had any appointments available for today. I was asked if I can come at 11am. I was more than willing to come any time they had available. I walked in a few minutes before my appointment. I was acknowledged and asked to pick out a color. While sitting next to another person waiting I over heard the nail technician talking to a customer about how he didn't appreciate walk-ins, and they should have to wait all day if necessary. Since I was given a time I didn't think anything of it. Then the same technician (owner) asked me to have a seat. Then, he proceeded to lecture me that I was basically a walk-in that I called last minute, and he had to fit me in. I told him that if this wasn't convenient time I could leave. He said no you are ok."" Then, he proceeded to explain that my calling caused him problems because he didn't want to lose a sale. While quckly doing my nails, he kept hitting skin with the dremel sander he uses to remove the nail polish. Needless to say, he made sure that I was in and out of his chair in about 20 minutes. I would not have been offended if he told me he had no available appointments. I was offended by the fact that I was poorly treated so he could impress a customer. Hopefully this helps others make an informed decision about the nail place, especially since he was the owner."

"Autumn and Jackie gave my husband and I pedicures while we were visiting Las Vegas. They were both very professional and kind, and the pedicures are were excellent! The hot stone massage was also a wonderful touch. The space was very clean and enjoyable, and had excellent energy. We will definitely go back when we return to Vegas!"

"because of my job, a few of my nails broke off. (3) they removed my old polish, put tips on those fingers which nails had broken off on, along with my gel mani. a total of $35 (before tip)!! a great deal and great work compared to other places I’ve seen reviews about. I recommend making an appointment & coming in early. I came in early and they got me in right away. friendly staff, pretty salon & good service/pricing. if you’re a little far out from this place, it’s worth the drive :)"
