"I called to get my car in this shop when they opened first thing in the morning. Lady over the phone has very rude and had a defensive tone. I highly suggest to hire staff with better customer service skills. It made me not want to get my car serviced at this place."
"No concern for customer service. I took my car for a scheduled estimate, and received it as expected, and was scheduled for a repair 6 months after due to parts been delayed or unavailable. No issue with that. The real issue is they waited until 3 days before my appointment (after waiting 6 months with a damaged car) to cancel my appointment because they lost a tech which they knew about from August. Changing to another repair shop will force me to wait another 3 months because of their inability to communicate to their customers on a timely manner."
"I had an appointment today with Gerber for repairs to my Tesla. The appointment was set online 10-4-2023 as the website indicated they were Tesla Certified. I arrived for my appointment today 10-26-2023 and was informed they could do the estimate but were no longer Tesla certified and haven't been since August. This is truly a poor way to do business."
