"I had a 10:15 appointment on Friday the 12th for a recall repair. I reported to the service department who sent me to commercial vehicle repair. My car is a personal vehicle so this was confusing. I was told the vehicle would be delivered to my home after the repair that same day. The next morning, I called to get the vehicle status. They had no record of my car even being scheduled for repair. Dawn in service was very helpful and managed to locate my car. They were able to do the repair and deliver it after yet another phone call. This department is very disorganized."

"We were en route from CA back to northern UT when our car began leaking coolant more and more rapidly. We barely made it to Las Vegas late that night, topping off the reservoir every 30-40mi in the night. The next morning I called 3 service centers and Gaudin was the only one who could start diagnosing the next day. Upon arrival, Ryan Burdick took down our info and after telling him the situation he was transparent with the likelihood that our car would not be diagnosed until the next day and likely require the repair to go into the following week. What set Ryan above all my prior experiences was that he took it upon himself to prioritize getting our car diagnosed within hours; we were actuall still in the lot getting ready to leave in our rental. On top of that he made arrangements to have it repaired by the end of the next day. Ryan was a huge blessing to our stranded situation and sets a high standard that other service centers/managers should follow. If we didn't live 500miles away I would absolutely trust Ryan to take care of our Ford Family for all our service needs."

"Absolutely stay away from this dealership. Was having an issue with my Ford Expedition not shifting out of park. We are visiting from out of state and risked not being able to shift the car into drive every time we parked. We arrived at 7am when the dealer service opened and 2 cars were in front of us. Advisor approached and asked if we had an appointment. Said no, and explained the problem. His answer was without an appointment, he couldn’t help us at all. We explained that this was a safety issue, and risked getting stranded if we parked and couldn’t get it into gear. If we were in the middle of the desert, that could be a problem. He walked us inside to speak to someone else. A Lady working the desk just looked at us and said no one from transmission could see us and basically had a F’ off attitude. Told us, try the other ford dealerships because Gaudin is only appts. No offers for upcoming appointment times or days. No offers for a temporary solution to get home, or ideas to manually shift to drive….. just a bug off attitude. They probably just want to do the easy oil changes just to make a quick buck. Stay away if you have any issues with your Ford. Update: Went to another place that had enough empathy to look at the vehicle. Ended up being a brake switch….$30 part and 5 mins to replace and get us back on the road. Shame on Ford to not even take the time to look and help."

"This place has been nothing but disappointing. I had a warranty issue with my truck and since the repair I’m now on my 4th visit to fix an oil leak. Not to mention, along the way they scratched, dented the side, and tore up the bottom of the vehicle. All the while saying there is no oil leak. They tell you they will fix things and promise quick service. Then they ghost you and won’t return calls. I could list all of the details of my experience but It doesn’t matter. Bottom line is I think they are capable of doing a good job I just believe they don’t care to. *** PRIME EXAMPLE. SEE THEIR RESPONSE. ***** Hey we care, Please call a Manager to discuss. TOO BAD THE PHONE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE... WHAT A JOKE"
