"Maybe the worst public transit in America. -Buses are always late, sometimes very late. -Bus waits for late flights at the airport, so if you’re on a later stop sometimes it can be an hour late. -Drivers play the radio WAY too loud, especially at 6:45 am (IMO buses should not play the radio at all). -Drivers are unaware of important conditions such as the HIGHWAY BEING CLOSED and they will pick you up anyway and sit on the side of the road for an hour before bringing you back to town (true story). -No communication between buses, so you will frequently miss transfers by just a few seconds."

"I rode your buses from Lone Pine to Mammoth Lakes at 11:45 am on 8/22. The temperature outside was 100 degrees and neither bus was running air conditioning. Our first driver said it was broken and refused to let anyone open the windows. The second bus was just as hot. It is the middle of August in the desert. These conditions are inhumane and unacceptable. If I didn't have an iced drink with me, I would have certainly passed out, and instead of enjoying my arrival into town, my first stop had to be a cool shower and some clean clothes. This is disgusting and very disappointing. As a licensed medical professional, I sincerely hope all of your drivers are trained in CPR and know what to do during a medical emergency, because it's going to be a question of when, not if this is going to happen. These conditions in which you are choosing to operate are dangerous to anyone, especially the elderly."

"We had a great experience, coming off Bishop Pass and finding the shuttle on time and waiting at the parking area at South Lake, as advertised. Carl the driver was super happy to see us and went out of his way to welcome us onboard and to Bishop. At $7 per person this is a real bargain and a fantastic service by the Transit Authority!
