"This car wash is garbage! Not even the spray gets all the dirt off on your vehicle. Not even the white film/brine they spray on the roads for snow. Also the soft touch brushes use to be on one of the lower priced choices on their selection but now on the most expensive one. Don't waste your money here. Typical "take away and charge the same or more!!"
"The car wash HIT my vehicle while it was parked in the middle of a wash cycle, leaving a gash down to the metal on my lift gate. The staff at the gas station were kind and understanding as they helped file an incident report. The corporate office refused to fix the damage despite having video footage of the incident. I'll use one of the other 6+ car washes in town from now on."

"The employees go out of their way to be unhelpful. I got here because it is the only gas station with 91 octane ethenol-free. But I've been lied to that debit card transactions are automatically refunded to my bank account. When I mentioned that's not now debit works at any other store and they refused to refund the unused charge. After several visits and "investigating" I finally gave up and had my bank refund the charge excess. On a separate visit their pumps were malfunctioning and pumped so slowly that the automatic shut off didn't work. I went inside to report the spill and they wouldn't let me run the car through their car wash to wash off the spilled gas."
