"My experience for the repair of my 2018 Ford Raptor was not a good one unfortunately. I had paid for them to diagnosis 2 issues with the vehicle, their first diagnosis was not correct and resulted in a wasted trip from Reno but I was charged for their incorrect diagnosis. When I informed them that the issue was still happening they asked me to bring the truck back to Fallon but refused to have their driver pick it up at their expense. I had to have the truck re-diagnosed by another independent shop and repaired. Fallon Ford refused to reimburse me for their misdiagnosis of their error. The second diagnosis resulted in me having to pay for the replacement part before they would place the order with Ford in full, which I did but then informed that it was back ordered indefinitely with no timeline of when the part would be available. I requested a refund but they refused. I contacted Ford Motor Company directly and set up a case which resulted in Ford sending the parts immediately after waiting 4 weeks. Ford Motor Company indicated that my request for a refund due to the unavailability is not a standard procedure for Ford Dealership clients. The only positive note was that their service writer (Kevin) was polite but claimed he had no power to make the requests and it was up to the service manager, I requested to discuss the matter with the service manager and never received a return call. I am a native rural Nevadan and it is unfortunate that their management team doesn’t provide the expected services that locals deserve and need. Disappointed…"

"Very professional service department. We were told exactly what to expect during our service and the estimated times were very accurate. One of the parts for our repair arrived damaged, but the service department provided us with a loaner vehicle and delivered our vehicle the next day when the repair was complete.One Ford dealer in our region would not give us an appointment for a warranty repair, and the other dealership would not give us an appointment for 9 months. Fallon Ford gave us an appointment less than a week out, and made the repair promptly. We will not go to any other Ford dealership."

"Greg at the service desk was absolutely wonderful. The whole crew took great care of me, my truck, and my situation. I am so grateful that I couldn’t get an appt for my long-standing F150 transmission issue at the Carson or Reno shops. I was “forced” to go to Fallon. So happy I did. After a short 60-minute drive, my issue was finally resolved after 3 years of going to the “big city” service centers… and Fallon Ford Toyota gained a lifelong customer."

"Awesome experience. Dylan was super helpful. Made sure my Bronco had everything it needed to drive safely home. Wipers, tires, and a full tank of gas. I have to say its been a very long time since I had a dealership take such great care of the customer."
