"Where to begin? He was too busy to do minor repairs on my shoes. I walked in and was excited because I grew up in small businesses in the orthopedic footwear industry. He had brands I love wearing and not big on online shopping. Was a huge disappointment, since he seems to be the only business with the capacity for orthopedic footwear and shoe repairs in the area not much of a choice for the residents here. Hope the best for him, I do understand the perils of small businesses, but have never been treated so poorly from such. I will continue sending my shoes to Vegas."
"I took this man my favorite pair of shoes when a strap broke. When I handed him my shoes, he proceeded to take them apart and said it would be $25 to repair them. Four days later I got my shoes back. I didn't mind so much that there was glue smears visible in many areas...I just wanted them strong. The first time I wore them the repairs started coming apart. I'll update my review pending the outcome of my upcoming visit to his business."
"Alberto did an amazing job stretching my Doc Marten's. I've not been able to wear them they were so painful, but now they're so comfy! So worth the more than reasonable price I paid, and the wait. I couldn't stop smiling the rest of the day, walking around doing the remainder of my errands. He's also always very pleasant and welcoming. I'll be back here if I ever have any other shoes that need help."
