I was back in the shop every day during my trip getting adjustments, and every time made an incredible difference to not just my comfort level but also my performance. I’m pretty sure they took my pain more seriously than my doctor; you can tell these guys are passionate about the sport and really want you to be happy and comfortable because apparently ski boots aren’t supposed to hurt."

"Far and away the best experience I've had with a bootfitter. Foot pain has limited my "fun" factor of skiing for many years and several (pricey!) fittings. I was starting to feel defeated, but heard top reviews of Olympic Bootworks and gave it a shot. Colin assessed my old boots and suggested one with a very different profile, describing his process the whole way. The past 2 days in the new boots with custom footbeds have been a revelation. My heel is locked in place, the fit is evenly snug around my whole foot, and I don't spend lift rides ignoring my screaming feet anymore. We discussed future modifications in case of possible pressure points, and I feel very confident in the shop's commitment to getting my boots right. Big thanks to the team, I highly recommend!"

"Customer service is amazing: Buck took his time ensuring our comfort and safety. He was super patient and very knowledgeable Boots/Insoles: Best in class for both. Buck has a special way to make your insoles to optimize your edges. Broke my boots in and I feel super comfortable and confident in my abilities I’m an intermediate skier and this was my first time buying boots, but I went with someone who is an advanced skier and has purchased boots around the country. We both agreed that this place is the best! Many pro skiers come here as well. Tips: Go early in the morning to avoid waiting in line or make an appointment. Dog friendly shop!"

"This is a review from after several seasons — Spent over $800 on a pair of new boots and custom insoles. Then proceeded to spend an additional $100 more and 20+ hours off slope trying to fix them, and the next three seasons ruined because of them. Allegedly they have a guarantee but I was not offered this. YMMV. I came in over 10 times trying to adjust the boots. Each visit would be an hour at minimum, 2 hours at worst; 90% of it is waiting in line. Each time it was a new problem and I was told my skiing is the issue, or I was supposed to break them in. Maybe it is, but I couldn’t even enjoy one run in the boots without pain. Not sure how I’m supposed to improve in that scenario. Looking back I realize this was gaslighting. It sounds extreme but I nearly quit the sport altogether out of the grief and frustration from riding in the boots. It’s not a trivial investment in neither time nor money, and I put a lot of trust in the staff. Maybe I came in with too high hopes from the other reviews; my feet are difficult to fit around (bunions), but given the shop’s glorious track record and clientele I thought they could do it. These were the first real boots I’ve invested in after years of being misguided and judged against. I leave disappointed. I’ve since moved away, went back to generic boots, and consider this an expensive lesson. 2 stars because sometimes the staff were in a better mood and nicer to me I guess."
