Our wash and fold laundry service costs $1.95 per pound with a $20 minimum, and we also offer same-day pickup for an additional fee if you drop off before 12pm. "I’m really grateful for a laundromat locally that has taken on the investment of putting in new machines. At least I’m pretty sure they are new machines entirely not just a new screen and faceplate… I’ve overheard the Truckee laundry staff say it would be a “30k cost to upgrade our machines”. I live right between the two laundromats and think I’m sold on going a little farther to Tahoe City because of how clean the machines and facility is, how much quieter it generally is and the ability to use my phone to pay seamlessly. They also put out cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself. They may not have a bathroom facility but I can compromise on that for everything else which beats Truckee Laundry hands down hate to say it."
"We came here a few years ago as they were switching owners. It use to be run down with old broken down machines. Now it is totally redone with excellent machines and a place to charge phones, bathroom, baskets...it was amazing. One thing? Put in a shower facility. So many campers around and no place to shower. Just a thought."
"We just tried out the pick up and delivery wash/fold service and it was awesome! This felt like such a luxury after a busy holiday season and I started to drown in laundry with 2 small children at home. The text notifications for pick up/delivery times were very accurate. Our laundry arrived neatly folded and easy to put away. I have never done this locally before but the price seems appropriate for the service, definitely less than we have spent for laundry service while on vacation abroad. The owners of this laundromat are a lovely couple too :) very friendly."
"Perfect laundromat, plenty of different sizes washers (including super load size) and lots of dryers. A bunch of carts to move laundry around. They have a change machine and and a soap and dryer sheets machine, as well as a soda machine. They have WiFi They offer a service of wash and fold, drop off before 3pm (Mondays, Wednesday and Saturdays 10am-5pm), they also offer waterproofing items (15$ each, min. 2) So, plenty of options for cleaning your clothes while enjoying town!"
