"Please do not apply for this location if you're looking for work, especially if it's your first job. My friend was recently fired right as she was putting in her two weeks because she found something else. They told her she's been late more than a couple times, however every other employee at this store will miss full days without saying a word to the managers that they won't be showing up. The managers have allowed this for a long time and it's unacceptable. No warnings to staff, no write-ups, nothing. Majority of the employees are teenagers that stay stuck to their phones instead of doing their jobs. No one is trained properly either. They're terrible with professionalism and refuse to punish or fire employees that have fallen out of line multiple times. It's no wonder why there are more than a few complaints on customer service because management allows this to happen and they dismiss it."
"I work four minutes from This location I have never found a drive through that consistently takes Over 15 minutes to get through every time. Super close and still don't have time to get lunch here. Hire more employees or teach them to be faster Edit: Left this review over a month ago. Nothing has changed. This is the third time I have left the drive through this month. This is the only. Location that has this issue supposed to be fast food. It should not take you half an hour to get 3 cars through the drive through."
"The employee “Drea” gave me an attitude when I asked what was going to be done about the fact that I received the wrong order and had to drive back. She said “Well you’re getting your food now.” If a person can’t make it work at a minimum wage job and be a decent employee, that’s sad. I asked for the manager AJ, who also did nothing for me and had nothing to say about the employees attitude. She said, “Sorry we made this fresh for you”. Like was I supposed to say thank you?"
"Don’t bother! Slowest service I’ve EVER experienced. This was my 5th attempt at this location and have left 3 out of 5 times . Drive thru seems to be the only way your gonna order and your lucky if they can get to you after sitting at the menu board after 10mins. Waste of time"
"I love to orden using the app and just pick up when I'm ready. My order was accurate and everything was good, onion rings extra crispy exactly how I like it, and I also love the fact that they have small milkshakes."
