"I’m glad to see great reviews for this store, they deserve it ! So we were at Las Vegas motor speedway for hot rod magazine power tour and traveled from San Diego and we had Developed a coolant leak that we needed some parts for and a quick Google search came up with the store and I’m glad it did. Anthony, I believe was our salesman invoice number 5730–430949 He took care of us with the parts we needed, and went above and beyond to help us find a car wash that we could self wash the engine compartment, it was a mess. While we were there there was another customer that was acting pretty crazy Michael with a K helped her I’ve never seen anybody with such patience, I only hope if I ever have to Deal with someone as unreasonable as her I hope I have the patience he did!! Thank you O’Reillys for taking care of us once again! Michael A"

"Walked in the early evening, and the two guys on the counter were slouching on the counter. One was on his personal cell phone, and the other had his laptop on watching something. One customer before me just walked out due to very slow service .I was sold a gas cap that was a return from someone else and put in a different box. So it was wrong and I had to return it. So whoever took it back from the previous sale didn't look at it ."
