"I understand it take a while for the drinks but more then 15 mins after order on the app is ridiculous; shouldn't it be moving faster people get their coffee for work and we have to sit here almost half an hour waiting for a regular coffee and ice coffee not even nothing crazy . Sure won't be back to this one."
"First of all let me say I use to go to the one on losee and craig (which is always super busy )until this one opened and I was delighted to see a familiar face Daejahnae (had to ask her how to spell her beautiful name❤️).....she is the most warm spirit, friendly face, makes you always feel welcomed starbucks knew what they were doing by hiring this young lady ......between work and home sunset and pecos and this location are the absolute best .........I wish deajahnae could teach people classes on how to have customer service ....THE GREATEST!"
"We stopped for some warm tea, it was a perfect pairing after a heave dinner. The place was completely empty, only one car in drive thru. We were so disappointed that they didn’t have an ingredient to make the medicine ball. How can you be completely empty and missing key ingredients. The rating says it all!"
"Worst location ever!!! Did an order in the starbucks app to pick it up at this new location and they did two lattes into iced coffees so unpleasant! Not to mention the worst iced coffee I ever had in my life, very unhappy."
