"The female manager was welcoming when I came in. I asked her for what I needed, and she immediately got an associate to help me. I had just been to AutoZone before where the guy rolled his eyes at me rolled his eyes at me and when I asked him to help me, he looked at my car and told me to go somewhere else that he couldn’t help. That was not the case at O’Reilly. The associate helped me and I left with my car fixed and very happy. I am now in O’Reilly customer always."

"I went there to get engine oil and filter and waited for 30 minutes because they have only one cashier at the register. After a while another cashier Catrina come to the register and start helping the customer was behind me because she knew that person. When I asked her asked her what I needed she was like go get it and leave me for other cashier. Horrible customer service. If I’m getting this kinda service I’ll be more than happy to take my business to autozone which is only one block away."
"Several days ago I visited this location at about 7:30 pm to get a battery check. When I enter the store, which by the way, there were no customers, there were only two employees. Mikael, a young white man, thin and with a beard, greets me but in an extremely unpleasant, negative and totally discriminatory and Senophobic way. I don't know if this gentleman has a problem with Latinos or has personal problems. Employees like these should not be hired by anyone. I have visited this store several times because it is very close to my residence and I have noticed the same attitude of this gentleman with me. This gentleman must be relieved of his position as Oreilly does not do well to have him as an employee"
"Great location! It is always clean and the service is always quick. The employees are all very friendly as well! My whole family shops at this location all the time for anything auto related since the prices are fair and the service is great. They test batteries and dispose of fluids too."
