"Super slow service. No idea where staff is. It’s 9:30 in the morning been here since 9:05. Ridiculous. There were only 5 cars in front of me. Starbucks is quicker AND they have more food options. Insane."
"I ordered 3 drinks at this location and specifically asked for 2 extra shots in each drink, I don't think they ever put the extra shots in the drinks because everyone got sleepy shortly after drinking them. Quite unfortunate because the person that took my order seemed very helpful."
"I love Dutch Bros unfortunately this location appears to be extremely understaffed. The line is long and moves very slowly. In addition, there’s no one taking orders with the iPad. Therefore the window is handling one car at a time taking their order there, making the order and then handing it over, I have been waiting 15 minutes to move up only three cars lengths there is no alternative as the window has a long line as well for people who park and walk up to the window today. I expect to spend at least 30 minutes second line if not more to get one spectacular cup of coffee."
"Im a big fan of Dutch bros. I recently moved across town and theirs a closer Dutch. Wanted to try it out, and I can’t say I love coming here. First visit was amazing, i was well taken care of. went by twice yesterday, in the morning and in the evening. usually get drinks without coffee. morning drink was made incorrectly but i was already on my way to work, second visit was a 6 drink order . i asked a few times for a carrier and stoppers but didn’t receive any. this morning i ordered a hot cocoa but received a drink with espresso and didn’t notice until i got home. very disappointed with my visits thus far."
