Purchase was easy and the employee uninstalled the new batteries and in I talked the new ones fast. The durracell batteries I got also have a 4 year warranty which is a year longer than most. The small strorefront nature of these stores makes them easy to get in and out."

"Just a heads up when buying a battery for your watch. They won't explain the paper work you sign once they remove the back cover to your watch they are no longer accountable for your watch when it comes to being waterproof or resistant. Had this watch for 16 years a gift from my father, I've replaced the battery many times over this period even at this location. I get a battery last Friday and on my way home i get a call from the store explaining they failed to replace a cover from the inside of the watch and the watch was working great. I return to the store yesterday so they can replace the cover afterward I go home to take a swim. I look at the watch this morning and I see moisture and the watch is NOT working. I return today and I'm told they are NOT responsible if i would have read the paper work, i would have known. On the bright side, it's correct twice a day. Just a follow up after making a call to the cooperate office. This is a privately owned store so corporate has little leverage on customer complaints or poor service provided. Just food for thought. The owner makes you sign a wavier because he or she knows that it cost extra money to train your staff to properly replace a battery so that a customer can having piece of mind knowing that their watch will leave in the same working condition or water resistant as when it came in the door. This store owner puts profit over providing a quality service on such a simple task of replacing a battery. On my Monday visit, the gal that did the work on my watch noticed the company that I work for and gave me extra flyers to put in our break room for our employees. Guess what, I made sure they made their way to the trash can today. I have been using Batteries Plus for a long time, I would only buy my battery for my Harley from them, not any more."
