Hector helped me above and beyond. My car got fixed for half the price a mechanic shop wanted to charge me. Hector ran some test for free!! Found the issue and got me grinning from ear to ear!! He helped my daughter and I purchase windshield wipers for her car, (switched out the incorrect ones on her car and put them on my car which they fit) and put them on for us! "Upon meeting Mister Jonathan he greeted me warmly and proceeded to work on my issue with my fob key. He was meticulous and gentle and stated that he wanted to make sure he wouldn’t break anything. Since this was my first time changing out my fob key battery, I felt so thankful for his professional attention. He even took the liberty to pull up a video online to show how it was done. I am thankful I not only learned something new but had excellent service from him and his team. Even though it was such a small purchase, I felt like a VIP there.
