"Our go-to bakery. Pastries and baked goods are excellent with plenty of choices. They are all individually wrapped. You pick what you want and go to the cashier to pay. Basically, there is really no service here other than when you check out. There is always a lineup for the drinks. This location has seating in a separate room."

"85°C Bakery Cafe has opened a new location in Henderson, and I couldn't wait to check it out. I visited during their soft launch and was thoroughly impressed and excited to have such a cool place near my house. They offer a variety of familiar food items, pastries, and coffee drinks. Our order included raisin milk butter, potato croquettes, milk pudding, guava cheese strudel, milk butter pastry, mango pineapple bites, cinnamon roll, cheese dog, and the cranberry crisp. For drinks, we tried Tiger boba latte, brown sugar latte, Thai tea, and strawberry matcha. We went all out! Every item we tried was delicious—absolutely everything. Can’t forget to mention the service: friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. If you're in Henderson and craving something sweet or a delightful coffee drink, 85°C Bakery Cafe is a must-visit. The combination of delectable pastries, diverse menu, and inviting atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to satisfy your sweet tooth or enjoy coffee. "Mood- Why Pastry God Why? You know I work hard play hard. In the career choice of HR I use all of my certifications to connect with the employees. Life Coach, Emotional Coach ect... so when you've taken on the goal to help ease burdens from some of those that you are helping, the coach themselves needs to detox. For me, food is an outlet. I taste it close my eyes, and the burdens I carry for other people are released. Now add some sweet pastries to that mix and heck my own burdens get released too. Upon entering was greeted with the all to familiar 85 greeting. I grabbed my tray which is positioned right by the door and began to maneuver around all these goodies for sale. And yes they were restocking while I was there. So many pastries being brought out. I may have filled my tray all the way to the top and while it was a pyramid of sweet delights, added more. Until I couldn't anymore. There may have been a few that started to fall off my tray but there may have been a quick recovery before it hit the ground. However this is all just a maybe. Lol Interior is a great size. There is a seating area that can accommodate several patrons. Everything was very clean. You grab all of your delights, pay at the front counter, and if you bought a drink, find seating and wait for your order number to be called. Would most def recommend- now some of the other locations in California offer more, but it is still in the soft open phase so I'm sure once it gets more acclimated it will be Everything and then some that this area needs. Pricing is actually reasonable especially for freshness and quality. Location is Stephanie/ Sunset. There is ample parking but it can get congested. Take your time."
