"If you are in a bind on the mountain, this place will go above and beyond to help. My transmission went out halfway up the mountain, I was able to turn around and make it to this shop. I was able to get ahold of the owner even though the shop was closed AND he was several towns over and couldn't get away to help. However he was able to get the transmission fluid and tools delivered to his shop for me so I could fill it up and get moving again! I really appreciate everything that was done for me, it saved my day! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!"

"My family and I had some car problems on a Sunday while we were heading to Grover Hot Springs. We were stuck without cell service or the tools and parts to fix it ourselves but Drew was there to offer advice and look at the car for us, even on a Sunday. He was super nice and even offered to give us a lift so we could get to our campsite and he was extremely generous and patient with us and our situation. We decided to head back to South Lake Tahoe and stay up there instead, but I felt I needed to leave him a review because he was such a nice guy and I would like to support his business however I can. "Drew & Tony are my new "forever mechanics"!! I won't take my car to anyone else ever again! I'm thrilled silly with how good my car runs now. I drive Spooner Summit twice a day. Carson to South Lake and back 5 days a week... I put about 80 mi, a day on my car, and Winter is right around the corner. Drew went through my car from top to bottom, literally. My Sunroof (and) my cruise control hadn't worked for about a year. I thought it would be $$$$ in parts + labor. Drew somehow fixed them both perfectly with no new parts! Did a complete tune up, checked my Ball joints, hubs, breaks, inner & outer tie rods, wheel cylinders... he went from the ground up. Both Drew and Tony treated me like family. They are truly respectful, honest, and have integrity! ( Yep Integrity!!)They were more than reasonable on their price. Old School customer service. I have peace of mind knowing my car is safe.
