"I get my car's maintenance, tires, brakes and whatever is needed to keep my car road worthy and safe done at the Carson City location because the employees treat me with respect. They don't talk down to me but thoroughly explain the what is wrong and what my options are. They can usually accommodate an appointment for me within a few days."

"I called the Tires Plus Carson City location to schedule an appointment for an alignment and tire rotation. After 45 minutes they pulled my car into the bay and proceeded with the service. My car was moved back into the parking lot after the service. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went up to the desk and asked when I could be "checked out". I was informed my car was not ready, but after I told them it was parked out front it took another 10 minutes to find the paperwork. Usually, I am very pleased with Tires Plus; not so much this time."

"I recently came here for an oil change and have been coming here for the past 3 years with no problems whatsoever. An oil change costs about the same if I were to change it myself and they dispose of everything. Saves me time and hassle. No brainer, right? This time around there were new employees. I usually see Zach or Jeremy at the counter. Friendly guys, never had a problem. While I was checking out, the new guy told me my brake fluid needed immediate service and that they couldn't get a reading because the tank was dry. I was shocked. Asked how much. 88 bucks. Also told me my engine and cabin air filters were filthy. Another shocker (I change them myself in minutes! Watch a youtube video, its easier than you think and it'll save you lots of money over time ). 100 bucks to change both. After I got home I checked the fluid. Only needed to be topped off. Not serviced for 88 dollars. Use to be an honest business. Is it because im a woman and went in alone this time? Sucks losing a go-to spot. I'll be taking my major service needs elsewhere when the time comes."
