"Sunday, July 3rd (2022) an Xcel Energy technician at our pole caused an electrical power surge that fried 4 surge protector power strips and my computer. I quickly pulled the main in our electrical panel to shut everything off in the house. Since then, I was unable to get my PC to power up. Thankfully, I found Brad Copeland and his computer business, "Consumer Tech Support" online to come to my rescue. Brad provided immediate expertise to diagnose a burnt power supply unit and two fans which he replaced and brought my very dead PC back to fully functional life at a very reasonable rate!
