"We started talking to River's Edge Nicole in January 2022 about concrete for a swimming pool and patio. She was extremely difficult to communicate with and rarely returned calls or emails in a timely manner. In March 2022 we offered to make a down payment to "get in line" for our project being completed in May 2022. We were assured repeatedly that the project was going to work in their timeline. In April we were getting nervous about lack of communication on their end and asked to meet in person. When we met with them Nicole again agreed that they could start the project by May 25th 2022 at the latest. When the foreman, her husband met us at our home around May 15th to survey and talk about the plan, he said no way they could arrive until Mid June at the earliest. While that was frustrating at this point it was far to late to get anyone else. On May 27th we sent a text to make sure the timeline was still on and never heard back. The project is a swimming pool and the entire thing is done and all we are waiting for is the cement. Jeremy called on June 1st and said they could no longer get our project done and hung up on me. I simply cannot believe that a husband wife team this unorganized and unprofessional is still even in business. I am simply letting people know that if you want pot smoking, hippy laid back not time frame people this is who you should hire. If not, please save yourself the nightmare! They work out of their house and are simply not a real company."
