"I'll go elsewhere. After the response from the owner I feel I should elaborate a little more. Claiming that numismatics is complicated and takes time is a very poorly made claim when my precise issue was exactly that your representative didn't take any time to evaluate what was brought in. By no means was anything I brought in rare but after going somewhere else I was at least told that potentially there could have been some very valuable coins contained in what I presented. The 64's contain a few coins that could be of high value. I was left after speaking with someone else that either had more knowledge or more passion for the business that I wasn't treated well at all and that these practices by coin dealers are common and bad for the hobby as a whole that you only give out the information that suits your best interest. Not surprising at all that when I spoke to you about gold coins you basicly quoted me melt or that I should have them graded independently on my own dime rather then seek a basic evaluation from someone to see if it's worth my money. Also the price switch at after I decided not to part with everything was very in your own interest and a more scrupulous buyer would have would have at least stuck to thier original quote ( I think they call that a bait and switch) if they felt like they had been responsible for not including that information at the beginning. Lastly. Your bank also charges for cashing checks so it just eats back in to the margins that people are selling to you. So I'll go elsewher with remainder of my father's collection. I'm sure you will contact me if you find that one of those coins is worth significantly more after you take the time to evaluate them."

"Came into there shop first the lady looked me up and down like I was a criminal. Already had talk to the manager. She goes back to talk to him I hear them talking most likely how they were about to charge me a high premium on gold. There loss because I spend thousands on gold and rather if to ppl that don't try hiking the price because of race. I hate writing this because I'm really a chill guy and don't try using the race card but it definitely was a factor."
