"Gerald from Reliable Garage Door just left after coming out and fixing my stuck garage door on a Sunday morning! Amazing! I knew I needed a whole new garage door opener, since mine is over 30 years old, but he fixed this one temporarily, going above and beyond, opening up the motor box and cleaning some of the internal parts to keep it working a little longer. As a bonus, he explained things I never knew before about the mechanics of it so I don't get stuck home again like I did this morning! He's patient, kind, and funny, and when I need a new opener, I will definitely be asking for Gerald!"

"I reached out to Reliable Garage Door in November 2023 in hopes of purchasing and installing a new 16ft garage door. After sticker shock from the estimate, I asked if they could install a door if I found it elsewhere for a better price. They said yes. I shopped around and found the same door (style and material) for about 50% less. I bought that door and asked about pricing to have Reliable Garage Door install it. I received no response. I reached out again after about 10 days. Again, no response. About a month after I reached out, I get what looks like an automated message asking if I still wanted a garage door replaced."
