"Hired to do some welding work in St. Paul on a project we needed some assistance on. Few issues but nothing major getting the work itself done. The bill was more than expected but rather than question it, I simply paid it. Several weeks later I called back because a regional utility had an issue with the quality of the welds done. Russ told me he would go back out and charge me for it because his welds weren't going to get any better. He inferred that someone else would not be able to do them better at the same time. Based on the fact that nearly $1000 was paid for a relatively simple welding job and he wasn't interested in standing behind his work even a month after it was done I would recommend not utilizing this company if you are looking for quality or someone who will warranty their work. Edit: 6/4/14 - As a response to my review of Russ' poor workmanship and lack of customer service he opted to post a negative review of my company, bad grammar and all. When your only response to a request that you review and correct your work if needed is to insult that person and come up with stories about why you were lied to, there are likely bigger problems. I could go on and on with the headache this guy caused for our company but I'll just leave it at that."
