"I would not recommend ordering a tub from this company to anyone. I waited until the company had a sale and ordered a hot tub on Sept 11th, Brandon was our salesman. The initial process started out good, received emails every other week or so updating the process. We received an email on Oct 17th stating that it was completed and would be shipped in 1-2 weeks and after that everything fell apart. I waited for 3 weeks with no emails before emailing for an update, no reply. I text Brandon, no reply. I waited another week before asking for an update, and got the first of many excuses and blatant lies. Their shipping department informed me that it was shipped out on Nov 7th which was an outright lie. Brandon would ignore requests for an update until I said I was contacting my lawyer, then he'd have all sorts of excuses. I was finally emailed that it was shipping on 11/29, over 6 weeks after being completed. It took a week to get to the outlet store. It arrived on a Friday but i was not allowed to come get it. The following week I heard nothing about it being available. Finally on 12/6 I got a call from another salesman who was at the store but was told that it was buried in the back of the store along with the forklift and I wouldn't be able to get it. I called their delivery guy, was told he was booked and wouldn't be able to do anything until the following week. I finally took possession of the tub on 12/15, over 3 months after ordering it. Delivery was great, they put it exactly where I asked and was in and out. The ordering and manufacturing process was good, but the non-responses, lies and excuses from Brandon and the shipping department were terrible. Time will tell how the hot tub itself actually works. Updated...I received a called from a manager who apologized for the delay and offered to rectify the situation. I will still say that the manufacturing process and the delivery of the hot tub were both good and can understand the delivery issues after the explanation. The communication process needs improvement. We have used the new hot tub a few times now and everything is good"
