"Milton was friendly and easy to work with to install the cabinet and door knobs above our washer and dryer. It was our understanding 2 people would be sent to install the cabinet so Milton had to come back a second time and was able to get it installed by himself. The job would have been much easier with two people. As a result, the completion of the job was delayed 4 days. This was no fault of Milton’s. He also installed two hand railings."

"The handyman (Melton) arrived on time, was cordial, and generally informed of the project scope. He was very attentive to my explanation of a few additional work scope requirements he had not been previously informed of. The requested work (installing chicken wire mesh to hold up garage roof insulation) was completed within the estimated time quoted and the existing insulation conditions (see picture below). I would peg my actual numerical rating more at 4.4 to 4.5 than just the four-star one shown above."
