"They charged me $418 for only 30 minutes of work, just to install a closet shelf. Would not recommend. Had to have another handyman come to the house because closet intall was done poorly. They said there would be a warranty in place, but they told us they would charge us again if they had to come back out."

"I paid $149 for their premium yearly service. They want 100 to come on out to give you a estimate, The 149 gets someone out for a year plus 10% discount etc. I called around and pretty much all of the services are like this so I went with them based on the reviews. I wanted to get about 120 square feet of flooring done in bathrooms. I showed the kid that came out the product (Coreluxe) that I wanted installed and he took measurements etc. The bid came back for $1980 with a note that the price includes materials. The square feet of the project was not listed. in the bid. Flooring companies charge 2.50 per square foot to install but do have a $750 dollar min. charge that is also why I went with Reliance Handyman. To their credit and why I gave them two stars they did refund me my $149 asap after I called to complain. Keep calling around. There are a few guys out there that don't nail you $100 to just come out to "looK' and charge a flat rate of about $75/hour."
