"TERRIBLE experience here today with Mark Gibson and the front desk employee. They told us we would be “taking advantage” by filing a child tax credit if we’re unemployed, even though it’s eligible for any low income families with no income. Extremely rude and discriminatory against low income moms! NEVER go to this location!"
