"If I could id give them a five back from zero.-5 score. I've seen some pretty stupid people but i'm pretty sure they take the cake. Not only was some girl that's not certified.Did my taxes Then signed off on some other employees.Number that wasn't even there that day. but did my Regular jobs federal didn't do my state for my job , then The next day I go in to figure out why my date wasn't on there.They had to do my unemployment Federal or state. So let me have to go back the next day To go back to fairway my state wasn't done. after the 3rd day of being there which caused me like 500 bucks.And now it's being amended because they did my federal for my unemployment and my federal from my work separate. So i've been there a grand total of six times and I live 45 miles away. Now I have to go get a lawyer figure out what deal is."

"I'm livid! I worked 80 hour weeks and paid $1104 in Fedral taxes. Only earned $13000. Got to my appointment at the south university office here in Fargo, was told the only way to a refund loan is if I had an assisted return filed by them. Ok, $54.95 for the bank and $178 for the 3 minute 1040 help ok I guess. But, for some reason I fear to know, Jackson Hewitt checked DIGITAL ASSETS!!!! YES WAS CHECKED!!! NO FORM FILLED NO SCHEDULE D... THEY CHECKED IT YES WITHOUT ME KNOWING!!! YET THE OUTCOME IS NO ADVANCE, PROBABLY NO EARLY RETURN!!! NOW IRS THINKS THAT I HAVE ANY AMOUNT OF DIGITAL ASSETS YET REPORTED!!!! THIS WAS DONE ON PURPOSE!!!! IM A BLACK MAN I'm not sure the motive for SABOTAGE AND then TAKE MY MONEY KNOWING IM NOT GONNA GET ANY RETURN TILL IRS RESOLVES A FRAUDULENT RETURN GOD KNOWS HOW LONG FROM NOW. I CALLED THE NATIONAL NUMBER AND THEY ACTED LIKE WE SHOULD WAIT TO SEE IF IT CREATES A PROBLEM.. I FEEL CANCELED!!! THESE ARE THE MANUFACTURERS OF FATE WE ALL ARE JUDGED AND EXECUTED BY.. WE SAY AI IS DANGEROUS .. PLEASE!!! ILL TAKE A MACHINE OVER THESE SNEAKY PETES!!! THEY CHECKED DIGITAL ASSETS WITH NO FORMS OR SCHEDULES IN MY TAX RETURN!!! THIS IS FALSIFYING A TAX RETURN .. ESPECIALLY IF WE WAIT FOR ANY PROBLEMS ... I BELIEVE MANY OF IS ARE TARGETED FOR SOME SORT OF STRESS TEST OR JOB PSY OP. THEY CAN DICTATE BAD LUCK ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS.. MAKE U MISS A BUS BY CANCELING A ROUTE FOR THAT HOUR STARTING NOW.. AND ALL KINDS OF OTHER MINIPULSTIONS.. A NEW CORE CPI TAYLORED.. A TRUMAN SHOW ENEMY OF THE STATE. NO FREE WILL. NO TAX RETURN.. HERE IS EXACTLY THE BOX YOU CHECK TO DENY THIS TAX PAYER WHAT HE WORKED FOR AND YOU PROMISED. NOW MY RETURN IS INACURATE LEADING TO UNTOLD ISSUES FOR UNTOLD AMOUNTS OF MONTHS. THEY GOT PAID $178 PAID THE BANK $54 KNOWING CHECKING THAT DIGITAL ASSETS ON MY 1040 WOULD RED FLAG ANY INSTANT LOAN AND EVEN DELAY REGULAR RETURN BY MONTHS!!! THEY HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I CALLED. THEY PAY WHEN MY RETURN WAS FILED WITH UNTRUTHS. AND NOT REPORTING THEM WILL LEAD TO ORIGINAL RESULT.. NO RETURN!!! THIS IS THE NWO RUSH SAID EXISTED IN ALLLLLLL STATES!!! IM NOT SURE WHAT DRIVES THEIR HATE AND CRUELTY... EVEN AFTER WORKING HARD AND DOING YOUR TAXES.. PAYING THEM.. THEY STILL THINK I DESERVE THIS AS A REWARD.. IM ACTUALLY CRYING AT THE THOUGHT THAT PEOPLE I DONT KNOW CAN HARBOR AND ACT ON THEIR PSYCHOTIC FANTASES TO MY DETRAMENT... I CAN GUESS THEIR MOTIVES AND NARROW THEIR INNER CAUSE.. WHAT ELSE CAN IT BE BUT SINISTER. IT MAKES NO SENSE ANY OTHER REASON... GOOD LUCK.. DONT BE DISTRACTED BY FORIEGN ENEMYS ... THEY GOT NOTHING ON THE GROUPS AMONG US. Your policy is a promise of accuracy or you pay. This is a clear "mistake" I had absolutely no part of! Taylor, I should have read and understood what I was dealing with.. People can be so cruel, they can use their profession as a weapon.. Like arsonists that charge you for the destruction they created for us... This is gonna cause months of homelessness for me.. I lost the apartment .. This was my down payment.. All gone now I'll suffer for her cause for her reason.. I should have felt with the irs directly.. Would have saved me over a third of my return!!! The irs is more desirable to deal with hands down. Imagine a tax expert sabotaging your return!!! WHAT THE HELL FOR!!! I NEVER SCORNED HER!!!!!!- WHY THE DAMNATION ???? WHY SUCH A PUNISHMENT OF MONTHS OF HARDSHIP. . WHO THE HELL ARE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! I was given a used suitecase that use to belong to another poitra fyi... "Went in today to do taxes And left with rescheduling an appointment, and then canceling. One employee was pretty rude and seem to be itching for an argument honestly, whether it was with me or the employees Not sure if they were just having a bad day or stress, but it didn’t need to come off that way. Two information and knowledge of tax information on self-employment was very little to non and was basically met with arguments instead of helpfulness and when trying to Explain our tax situation i was just Dismissed and put off. Talked to H&R Block and explained everything I needed help with on self-employment and what I was told by Jackson and Hewitt and instead of being rude or dismissive of me they were very helpful and informative on self-employment tax information, they explained How it would work out the way it needed to be and that it did not need to be done the way that Jackson Hewitt was saying it needed to be because well they understood the form more I’m guessing or it was that they have the experience with it and took the time to actually listen and then explained to me How it would be done . They had all the information and were super informative and helpful so I will be doing my taxes with H&R Block this year. Years of taxes with Jackson and Hewitt maybe completely over now ,Because even without the Knowledge, there was no need to be rude especially when last year, it was the exact Same tax situation, and I went to a Jackson and Hewitt and they did it with no problem but according to them, they’re different branches and rules are different I suppose Even though we filed under the state of North Dakota last year… I will say the lady at the front desk, though was very nice and polite and that’s where that one star comes from is for her. I think better knowledge of taxes would be highly recommended for this Jackson and Hewitt “branch”"

"Vicki Draband is theee best!!! I had a rather frustrating experience when my in-person appointment got switched to a drop-off (not by my request), and I headed out of town thinking I could remotely sign from my home an hour+ away.. I called the office- no help, called the 800 numbers- no help, but Vicki saved the day (and me from losing it!) She knows how to do her job and does it well, and I enjoyed our hour and a half phone session trying to figure out the remote signing- that never ended up happening- so I drove to the office the next day to sign in person, she helps me finish everything up over the phone while she’s working at her other job- give this girl a raise!!!! And a (paid) vacation- she’s an all star bada**"

"Ridiculous 3 hour wait, when appt was scheduled for 11 am. Why couldn't someone call & let me know? Over an hour drive from home & I'm asked if I could reschedule after going inside."
