Many plans for year round care at reasonable costs. Animals at Eden prairie location were relaxed , one dog actually wanted to go back in for more belly rubs by staff and pet parents in waiting area"

"Fantastic experience at Banfield today when we brought our cat in for her comprehensive exam! The Frontline receptionist (sorry that I did not catch your name!) was welcoming and directed us to a room immediately. Gwen, the vet tech, was great to work with and had such a great, infectious smile! Dr. Stack was knowledgeable, thorough and we appreciated the time she took with us. "We have a young kitten who needs the whole package: vaccines, neutering, etc. We called around to multiple area clinics to check pricing and any kitten package deals and found Banfield offers the best option for a new pet - we chose their kitten wellness package as the total cost (shots, neuter, office visits, exams) was a good $200-300 less than the clinics that charged per service. Just had our 1st visit and were totally amazed by the reception staff and Dr. Hogg. They took their time, listened and made our kitten feel so at ease!
