"I tried to deposit about $200 of mostly one dollar bills (I get cash tips from work) and the woman at the front directed me to use the ATM to deposit the money instead of coming inside like I initially did. The machine spat out most of my money, thinking that some of my dollar bills were checks for whatever reason. It only ended up taking about $20 and that was after a line of 4 people had formed behind me over the span of 10 minutes. I ended up just coming inside again and the sweetest girl named Salma ended up helping me! Salma was understanding and very helpful! I am totally not upset with the first woman for directing me to the machine, she was very kind too, but I just wish it would’ve been more efficient when counting my cash :( Overall, two stars for the two lovely ladies I met there!"

"Do you want to waste time? Then come to this location. I -loathe- going here. Line waits are atrocious. Two women just walking around and only ONE teller open. Line to the door. People leaving and complaining. A typical Saturday. Waited in line 20+ minutes to deposit. People before us must have waited 30+ minutes for a cashier's check. Questioned about my own freaking name- told my actual name had to be a business name. I have a business account and personal. I know my actual name and business name. I was floored at how we were treated. Never. Coming. Here. Again."

"All 3 times I've been here the manager wanders around looking annoyed that there are customers in the bank while people stand in line. There is always one window open no matter how many people are in line and she never lifts a finger to help. Today there were 3 people in line when we walked in, 2 of them walked out while we were waiting. The manager was engaged in what sounded like a lovely conversation with the banker on duty but didn't help. When we finally got to the front the teller was rude about our deposit and wouldn't help us with an issue. Bank somewhere else."

"07/21/2022 at downtown Lakeville Branch I tried depositing my Paycheck into my Biz checking account. 3 people couldn't figure out how to do it. I did not get that accomplished. I then went to cash 4 checks - 2 with my husband and mine name on check and 2 with just my husbands name on check. All checks were signed. We have accounts with Wells Fargo for over 16 years. And Yesterday on 07/21/2022 was the 1st time they would NOT let me cash checks that were just in my husbands name. Wells Fargo no matter what Branch is difficult at best. I do NOT recommend them."

"Very friendly and welcoming branch. We came in towards the end of their business hours and an employee was able to help us promptly and even stayed past their closing time to ensure we received the help we needed."
