"They appear give honest and researched advice on stocks. They are better than most to call to review your account, at least once a year. The advice is more proactive than reactive. They do give you a lot more attention if you are new and haven't yet signed up for additional services such as life insurance. American Express did the same thing only a little more sales pressure. Don't get fooled by their concern for your well being. I believe it is insincere and has more to do about making money off of you. Always be careful as you never know who is going to take all your money. Best advice is to not keep all your eggs in one basket."
