"Been taking our young puppy here for a couple months. It is expensive but was worth it, and left more than generous tips on top of it. I had to cancel my appt the day off due to catching covid and they will not reschedule unless I pay for half of the service. I get there should be a fee but $75 is ridiculous. Good luck with that tactic."
"My first experience with this pet salon and I'm really happy with the results! Zoey is happy and feeling fresh and clean. Zoey took a bath and got styled like I requested. Also, they cleaned her ears and cut her nails witch was nicely done. The staff was really nice, informative and competent. Zoey was in good hands! The place on Google maps makes it seems it's on the front part of the outdoor mall but it's on the back. There was plenty of parking so no worries on that regard Price could be considered a little high for some but I think based on the place, staff experience and results I'm glad with paying this price for Zoey. I scheduled my future appointment and looking forward to bring Zoey again"
"Patricia grooms my Bedlington terrier absolutely perfectly. After our second grooming, she has nailed all my requests perfectly and he looks so handsome! While this cut is far more affordable than his previous groomer, this is still a luxury service and comes with the price. Well worth every penny as the service is perfect and he comes out so happy and groomed flawlessly. Thank you ❤️"
