"I would not recommend working with this company. I had a terrible experience working with them from the May 2022 hail storm. We went through three different GAVNAT adjusters during that time and we, the homeowners had to do all the leg work to get any progress. It took over 18 months to get the majority of our claim dollars but still haven’t received it in full. Even while we still wait for the remaining money Gavnat is persistent we pay their final 10% invoice. Do not hire them. Read your policy very carefully and you can get it done. All they want is your money. It’s what we had to do and we learned quick what to say and what to do with insurance adjusters."

"Selfish and arrogant system of PA’s you have here. They do not care about their customers. These people do not have a backbone to stand up to insurance companies and don’t embody what a Public Adjuster should. Terrible communication within their system and have massive turnover that leaves their customers hanging for months and even years. They also don’t care that they have dropped the ball and won’t admit their faults. I’m a contractor, and I have lost an unnecessary amount of credibility because I used to trust them to refer my customers to them. They’ll give up at the first sign of resistance from the insurance companies and they will leave your customers hanging. If you’re a contractor, be ready for them to think it’s ok for you to operate on a 15% Profit margin. If you’re a residential customer, be prepared to NEVER have your claim settled. If you work with Jason Callais, this is exactly what will happen to you. I’m not sure how they handle commercial claims, so I can’t give a review towards that. But if you’re a residential customer, understand you DO NOT matter. HIGHLY recommend to stay away from this firm. I highly recommend to stay away from PA’s in general because they only care about themselves."
